We stand behind our product.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ascenta product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or a full refund.


Shipping
Unless specified when ordering, all orders are shipped ground by a courier selected by Ascenta. Upon request, we will arrange alternate shipping services including Air Freight, Ground Expedited and International Freight. Nonstandard shipping charges are billed at cost regardless of order total.

Damaged Shipments
Our product should arrive in good condition. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a refund. We may request that you send the damaged product back to us (at our cost).

Order Discrepancies
If there is a discrepancy between items ordered and items received, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. If no claim of discrepancy is made within 3 days, we understand that the quantities and items listed on the invoice are correct and no subsequent claims will be made.
